Lisa Maxwell offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $75+ within North America. 

At checkout, you will be able to choose from several shipping options, each showing an estimated delivery date based on your selection.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. This email will include your purchase number, billing and shipping details, and a summary of the items you selected.

Once your items have shipped, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 1-2 business days to become active.

PROCESSING

Every piece of Lisa Maxwell jewelry is thoughtfully prepared to order in our Toronto studio, ensuring quality and intention in every step.

We offer Local Delivery within a 100 km radius of Toronto.

LOCAL PICKUP

In addition to shipping, we offer local pickup from our Toronto studio near Mount Pleasant and Eglinton. Learn more.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. Lisa Maxwell Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Insurance

Standard and Express shipping do not include insurance. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your package.
