REPAIR POLICY

We use the finest quality materials and mindfully hand make each piece. In the event that your jewelry needs to be repaired, please email us at lisa@lisamaxwelljewelry.com. Include a receipt and a picture of the damage and we will inform you of shipping instructions. Jewelry that broke or was damaged due to normal wear and tear or during shipping will be repaired free of charge within 90 days of purchase and repairs after 90 days of purchase will be subject to a small fee and will be handled on an individual basis.

Shipping charges for all repaired items are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment. In the event that materials needed to repair your item are no longer available, we will do our best to suggest a comparable alternative. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel connected to your piece of LM jewelry. While we do not offer returns, we offer exchanges on items within 14 days of their purchase, excluding sale items. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items being exchanged must be unworn and in original purchase condition with original packaging. We do not accept responsibility for items shipped in the process of being exchanged. Please email lisa@lisamaxwelljewelry.com for exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, names of pieces being exchanged and reason for exchange. If an item is not available to be exchanged for, we will help to suggest a comparable alternative. Custom orders are not exchangeable.

Lisa Maxwell jewelry availability and price online and in stores is subject to change at any time without notice. All LM pieces are made mindfully by hand at our downtown Toronto studio using high quality stones and precious metals. We always do our best to be well-stocked with product and we make sure that our pieces are priced as fairly as possible.
